Workout Program

Your workout program is tailor made for your goals! We offer 3,4,5 day training splits to accommodate for your busy schedule & further more allow for 60 or 90 minute sessions. Programs can be performed at home, in the gym or without any equipment what so ever - making your life easier one rep at a time!

Track your Progress

Built into your program is a performance tracker where you get to record & track the weight used, repetitions made or time performed for each exercise. You'll also be notified when you hit a personal best! Located on your dashboard you'll also find a birds eye view of the progression made where you can manually record weight lost, weight gained & manually track in specific body areas i.e. your arms, belly or thighs + more.

Video Demonstrations

All of your exercises come with exercise demonstrations & instructions built into your program. This is to help increase your confidence to perform any said movement with the correct technique, avoid any injury potential & maximise the potential of the exercise.

Meal Plan

We base your meals on the details you submit to us ensuring we factor in; Your age, Height, Weight, Goals set, Energy Expenditure, Lifestyle & Activity level, Allergies or Dislikes. Don't worry, we offer ongoing unlimited updates as your journey develops & goals change!

Every month you'll receive a notification at the top of your dashboard to submit your progress. This is also usually accompanied with a progress photo too, however, this option is not compulsory & more so an added benefit to track your progress & body composition month to month.

  • I’ve just signed up, now what?

    Your request has been received & you will receive an email stating your plans are ready to use (typically within 24hours). 

  • Do I need a Gym Membership for this?

    No, upon signing up select “home plan”. You require dumbbells for this plan. If you do not have any, you may email Support@fitaf.fitness stating you’d like your plan to be swapped to a home workout plan with no dumbbells at no additional fee. 


    If you have a gym plan, but now want a home plan, please email the above email!


    If you select “Gym Plan” you require a gym membership to use it but can be swapped anytime to a home plan.

  • I have received my plans; how can I change them?

    Next to every meal or exercise you will see an icon resembling a recycle sign “♻”. Click this icon to notify myself to make an alteration. Additionally, you may email support@fitaf.fitness regarding any changes you want made to your plan. We will be in touch shortly.

  • When do my plans update?

    The date you sign up. Example: I signed up on the 10th Feb. Therefor your plan will be updated on the 10th every month. NOTE: You ARE REQUIRED to update your details each month to receive an updated plan.


    To update details, please visit your dashboard towards the end of every month & click the notifications at the top of your screen requesting you to update your progress report. You will receive a new plan via your email typically within 24 hours.


    If you no longer want your plan, please email us to cancel it for you.

  • How do I update my goals, nutrition or exercise preferences?

    Please email support@fitaf.fitness if you want to update any of your details!

  • My food is measured in ounces can I swap it to grams?

    You can change this by emailing support@fitaf.fitness . Please make sure to select METRIC when you update your details upon checking in.

  • Can I change my workout duration, Intensity, Location or Training days?

    Yes, you can email Support@fitaf.fitness providing the details on the changes you want to make.

  • How can I cancel my Plan?

    Please email Support@fitaf.fitness to cancel your subscription with FITAF. We are happy to accommodate for any of your goals changing in the future & hope to see you back soon!

    FITAF provides a discount to all couples. Please email us to receive your discount. Additionally, we can ensure your shopping lists are aligned, just note this in the email!

  • Refunds & Returns

    When purchasing any product, or digital service with us, you understand you cannot receive a refund or return. This is due to the service already has been provided to the customer. You may receive a refund if:


    - The request to cancel your plan was sent in written writing to Support@fitaf.fitness  before your invoice was payed.

    - There was a technical fault involved that can be seen, interrupting the service being carried out.

    - If a duplicate payment has been made.

  • I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

    No problem, please visit the members area and select forgotten username or password. If this does not fix the issue, please email Support@fitaf.fitness

  • I want to sign up, but not sure how it works!

    Step 1: You will register your details, goals, allergies, nutrition and exercise preferences.

    Step 2: You will receive your personalised plans based on the data you provided (typically within 24 hours) via the email you registered with.

    Step 3: You are able to contact the support team if you want any changes made after your plan has been received to further ensure your plans are perfect for you!

The single most important aspect in achieving your goal is to solely focus on YOUR goal. In this new social media era we all live in, it's easy to create distractions - especially when all you see on your feed is the best of the best. The truth is, they only got there with a few key principals.


- They started.
- They never gave up.
- They achieved & gained self-belief.

As we start our journey, I don't expect you to be perfect nor did I ever believe I could. It will take time to get used to & there will be immense highs, and yes, many lows too! The only way I overcame that barrier that prevented me in becoming who I truly am, is by starting, never giving up, always getting back up after being knocked down (Yes, there will be setbacks - but this is where you grow most!) & proving to myself I CAN, I WILL & I SHALL be the best person I can be every single day.


0.1% better every day is the goal! Your journey is a journey, one that should be sustained for life, not just a quick fix, nor an overnight success! Scientifically & physiologically, it just doesn't work like that.
