  • I’ve just signed up, now what?

    Your request has been received & you will receive an email stating your plans are ready to use (typically within 24hours). 

  • Do I need a Gym Membership for this?

    No, upon signing up select “home plan”. You require dumbbells for this plan. If you do not have any, you may email Support@fitaf.fitness stating you’d like your plan to be swapped to a home workout plan with no dumbbells at no additional fee. 


    If you have a gym plan, but now want a home plan, please email the above email!


    If you select “Gym Plan” you require a gym membership to use it but can be swapped anytime to a home plan.

  • I have received my plans; how can I change them?

    Next to every meal or exercise you will see an icon resembling a recycle sign “♻”. Click this icon to notify myself to make an alteration. Additionally, you may email support@fitaf.fitness regarding any changes you want made to your plan. We will be in touch shortly.

  • When do my plans update?

    The date you sign up. Example: I signed up on the 10th Feb. Therefor your plan will be updated on the 10th every month. NOTE: You ARE REQUIRED to update your details each month to receive an updated plan.


    To update details, please visit your dashboard towards the end of every month & click the notifications at the top of your screen requesting you to update your progress report. You will receive a new plan via your email typically within 24 hours.


    If you no longer want your plan, please email us to cancel it for you.

  • How do I update my goals, nutrition or exercise preferences?

    Please email Support@fitaf.fitness if you want to update any of your details!

  • My food is measured in ounces can I swap it to grams?

    You can change this by emailing Support@fitaf.fitness . Please make sure to select METRIC when you update your details upon checking in.

  • Can I change my workout duration, Intensity, Location or Training days?

    Yes, you can email Support@fitaf.fitness providing the details on the changes you want to make.

  • How can I cancel my Plan?

    Please email Support@fitaf.fitness to cancel your subscription with FITAF. We are happy to accommodate for any of your goals changing in the future & hope to see you back soon!

  • Partner & friends discount.

    FITAF provides a discount to all couples. Please email us to receive your discount. Additionally, we can ensure your shopping lists are aligned, just note this in the email!

  • Refunds & Returns

    When purchasing any product, or digital service with us, you understand you cannot receive a refund or return. This is due to the service already has been provided to the customer. You may receive a refund if:


    - The request to cancel your plan was sent in written writing to Support@fitaf.fitness  before your invoice was payed.

    - There was a technical fault involved that can be seen, interrupting the service being carried out.

    - If a duplicate payment has been made.

  • I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

    No problem, please visit the members area and select forgotten username or password. If this does not fix the issue, please email Support@fitaf.fitness

  • I want to sign up, but not sure how it works!

    Step 1: You will register your details, goals, allergies, nutrition and exercise preferences.

    Step 2: You will receive your personalised plans based on the data you provided (typically within 24 hours) via the email you registered with.

    Step 3: You are able to contact the support team if you want any changes made after your plan has been received to further ensure your plans are perfect for you!


    Everything is completely bespoke for you & your goals.
